Thanks a lot

It apperas to be that this is a dataset related problem. Data values and templates appear to pose problems to the proccess. Replication of the proccess must be carried out. You will be contacted by email promptly.

Please bare with us.

As first step we suggest to download the hyperion tools from our http://main.inforest.gr/index.php?option=com_downloads&task=category&cid=1&Itemid=81 download area.
The purpose of This tool is get easy to manage the hyperion data in ENVI and
prepare the data for the Flaash correction. Have a look to the associated web doc.
We are trying to replicate as well using the data.

Hello,

I have not ever used hyperspactral data or use atmospheric corrections modules. However I have a notion that at least you must eliminate bands that do not curry usefull information before trying to do anything else.
